Development Interns ensures developing and maintaining new sales leads,
contacting, establishing, and keeping a good working relationship with
customers. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining new
leads and sales of KTS InfoTech's products in India and across the
world. This strategic role needs an enthusiastic professional who will
work closely with internal stakeholders to plan extensively and showcase
our value addition to the customers.
Required Candidate profile:
Education: Any Degree with interest in IT related Product sales, marketing, or related field.Experience: Fresher with a desire to learn and adapt.
Salary : Stipend + Incentive Based on Performance
• Excellent communication skills- both written & verbal (English | Malayalam or Hindi ).
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and IT Software Sales .
• Stakeholder management skills Should have the ability to analyze sales trends.
• Software sales experience is a plus
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Contacting potential clients to establish a connection and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Be responsible to convert product demo to trials and prospects to paid customers through enthusiastic customer engagement.
• Consistently follow up with Prospects and maintain the relationship even when the potential is not immediate.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
