Hi, i am in the process of entering all the customer and dvd details into kts-vm and am wondering if there is a way to add special rates for particular people such as family and friends?

Currently there is no provision to add special rates (although there are provisions like Rent x Get Y free, special rates on weekdays etc ).. However when you receive the videos on rent from the customer, you can give discount . So for the family and friends , you can give Discounts form the Receive Screens..
